Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary at Riverfront Wilmington with a full day of music, food, family activities, local vendors, and fireworks along the Christina River.

The Riverfront will come alive with free admission and activities for all ages, including live music across three stages, family entertainment, local artisans, beer gardens, indoor and outdoor dining, and special experiences throughout the day.

Enjoy live performances from the Delaware Symphony Orchestra, Clifford Brown Festival Orchestra, Kristen & The Noise, Lower Case Blues Band, and DJ Mega Skills.

Event highlights include hot air balloon rides, amusement rides, Riverwalk Mini Golf and games, Kalmar Nyckel tours, the Wilmington Fireboat, and free admission to the Delaware Children’s Museum.

Guests can also explore the Delaware Made Village, featuring local artisans offering one-of-a-kind items, and visit the Honor Tent, featuring a salute to Delaware history and our Founding Fathers.

Food and drink will be available throughout the celebration, with multiple beer gardens, inside and outside dining, and FIFA Watch Parties at participating Riverfront businesses, including Del Pez, Docklands, Taco Grande, and Timothy’s.

The celebration will close with a spectacular fireworks display over the Christina River at 9:30 PM, accompanied by music from the Delaware Symphony Orchestra.
