Bring the completed application form to the Riverfront Development Corporation offices to obtain your parking permit. Parking permits cannot be mailed.
Riverfront Development Corporation office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00pm.
*Please note: the RDC offices will be CLOSED daily for lunch from 12pm-1pm
Directions
FROM INTERSTATE 95: Take the Martin Luther King Blvd. exit and turn right on to Lancaster Avenue. Take the first right, South Justison Street. The large facility is on the left in a bright blue building.
FROM ROUTE 13: Turn onto the new Senator Margaret Rose Henry Bridge to cross the Christina River. Once over the bridge, make the first right onto Shipyard Drive. Pass Frawley Stadium and park in the Riverfront Commuter Lot on your left.
Fine Print
- Parking permits are month specific and must be displayed properly while your car is parked in the Riverfront Commuter Lot to avoid being towed and impounded
- Form of payments accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash or check
- To report a lost parking permit, please come to the RDC office. First replacement permit is free, second replacement permit is a charge of $10
- No refunds will be issued on parking permits
- Parking is at your own risk
